城市群金融集聚、金融风险与空间溢出边界

摘要 城市群的兴起使得金融资源持续向少数地理区域集聚,并呈现特有的金融风险空间效应。采用273个地级市数据,运用改进的空间计量模型实证检验城市群金融集聚视角下金融风险在地理维度的传染和外溢现象。研究发现:第一,单个城市的金融集聚会降低其自身的金融风险,但过度集聚会加剧其金融风险;第二,在城市群内部,中心城市的金融集聚对外围城市产生金融风险外溢效应,外围城市自身的外溢效应不明显;第三,中心城市的风险外溢效应随着地理距离增加而衰减,在距离中心城市540 km时衰减为0,且四类城市群的衰减模式各不相同;第四,中心-外围城市之间的功能分工水平、一体化程度、信息传输效率等因素有助于降低单个城市的金融风险,但是会加剧中心对外围的风险外溢效应,金融集聚通过提升金融效率这一中介变量来降低金融风险。因此,加快城市群规划发展、构建“中心-外围”协同发展模式、强化金融集聚地区的金融风险防控,能够有效缓解金融风险。 In the past decade,the rapid development and widespread use of the Internet have become a new and significant characteristic of social change in China.The online social mentality has become an important force affecting cyberspace ecology and social transformation.Existing research mainly focuses on two aspects:the representation of symbolic codes(“what it is”)and the mechanism of influence(“why it is”),failing to consider the online social mentality as a dynamic entity,nor focusing on the meso-level study of the emergence and evolution of the online social mentality(“how it is”).This paper holds that understanding the online social mentality from a historical and evolutionary perspective,and promoting in-depth research on the cognitive characteristics and cognitive system of Chinese netizens,will help us to explore the characteristics of The Times and the overall trend of the expression of opinions in the overall transformation of the Internet.Our team has conducted large-scale online and offline surveys such as“China Online Social Mentality Survey,”“Chinese Youth Netizen Social Mentality Survey,”“China Thousand People Social Mentality Survey,”for ten consecutive years.Through peer-to-peer tracking of thousands of netizens and big data analysis of hundreds of millions of online traces,we have continuously built a database of indicators and corpora for big data analysis of online social mentality,a database of 600 million random blog posts on Sina microblogs(2013-2023),a database of online electronic traces of young netizens over 16 years(2009-2024),and a database of more than 10 million words of interview transcripts from thousands of in-depth social mindset interviews covering more than 40 occupations in seven regions across China.The research indicates that online social mentality is a deeper medium and long-term psychological state of society behind public opinion,events,and issues.In the process of flow and change,it also has strong stability,showing long-term regular trends such as dominant online social mentality,bottom-line online social mentality,high-expression online social mentality,and polarization:within a certain period,a certain type of dominant social mentality will prevail in cyberspace;among many online social mentalities,bottom-line social mentalities such as a sense of security and fairness have a stable influence on public opinion,and online public opinion events that trigger bottom-line social mentalities are very likely to stimulate participation across the entire network;the level of expression of online social mentality shows a stable hierarchical structure,with both high-expression mentality and low-expression mentality demonstrating stability;the core ideological and cultural resources with Chinese characteristics and typical ideological debates,promote the formation of a stable trend in online social mentality;the long-term trend of changes in the population structure of the Internet promotes the intensification of polarization in China’s Cyberspace.To further understand the aforementioned evolutionary patterns,this paper employs more theoretically significant research concepts and analytical methods,developing a human-centered Internet research orientation which based on the research of Chinese social value measurement,connecting the online society with the real world from an evolutionary perspective.With the research ideas of situational logic,cultural logic,and structural logic,it is hoped to provide a feasible path for describing and explaining the epochal characteristics and development trends of China’s online public opinion field.
