摘要
在密封泄漏方面,讨论比较多的是间隙泄漏和机械损伤泄漏,对于渗透产生的泄漏国内研究较少。本文结合氢气作为动力的场景下的特殊要求,在密封材料的选择方面,对密封圈在氢气环境下的渗透泄漏、气体膨胀破裂等现象开展了一些研究。并对不同的橡胶材料及硫化体系对橡胶材料的耐氢性能,以及不同减压情况下的密封圈性能变化进行了分析。
In terms of sealing leakage,there is more discussion on gap leakage and mechanical damage leakage,and there is less research on leakage caused by penetration in China.This article combines the special requirements of hydrogen as a power source scenario and conducts some research on the selection of sealing materials,such as permeation leakage,gas expansion and rupture of sealing rings in hydrogen environments.An analysis was conducted on the hydrogen resistance and sealing ring performance changes of different rubber materials and vulcanization systems under different pressure reducing conditions.
