摘要
目的研究叙事医学思政实践教学模式对放射科住院医师心理健康状态及职业倦怠感的影响。方法选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第三医院放射科专业基地住院医师60名作为研究对象,进行为期16周的叙事医学思政实践教学模式培训,对实践活动前后住院医师心理健康状态、职业倦怠感及人文关怀能力进行定量分析。结果干预后放射科住院医师心理健康状态、睡眠质量呈现显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论叙事医学思政实践模式通过多元化的教学方法和实践性的教学内容,有效提升了放射科住院医师的心理健康、人文关怀能力、沟通技能和服务质量,为优化放射科住院医师培养和工作环境提供了理论支持和实践指导。
Objective To study the effect of narrative medicine ideological and political practice teaching mode on the mental health state and occupational burnout of radiology residency training doctors.Methods A total of 60 resident physicians in a radiology major base of the Third Affliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected as the research subjects for 16 weeks of narrative medicine ideological and political practice teaching model training,and then the mental health status,occupational burnout and humanistic care ability of the students before and after the practice were quantitatively analyzed.Results After the intervention,the mental health status and sleep quality of radiology residents were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The narrative medicine ideological and political practice model can effectively improve the mental health,humanistic care ability,communication skills and service quality of radiology residents through diversified teaching methods and practical teaching contents.This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for optimizing the training and working environment of radiology residents.
