摘要
职业教育是重要的社会服务工具之一,是人口服务体系中的重要组成部分。面对我国人口少子化、老龄化,区域间、产业间人口流动愈加快速等趋势,人民群众、经济社会发展乃至职业教育自身都对职业教育现代化提出了全新诉求:职业教育应以关照人口规模及人口增减变化为逻辑起点、以服务人口结构及其变化为逻辑进路、以提高人口质量为逻辑根本,通过构建灵活开放的教育服务体系,推进学制和培养模式改革,优化院校专业布局调整,优化课程设置和教学方式等路径,实现职业教育高质量发展和科学可持续发展,服务人口高质量发展。
Vocational education is one of the important tools for social services and a vital component of the population service system. In response to trends such as declining birth rates, an aging population, and increasingly rapid inter-regional and inter-industry population mobility in China, there are new demands from the public, economic and social development, and even from within vocational education itself for modernization. Vocational education should take into account the scale of the population and changes in its size as the logical starting point, serve the structure and changes of the population as the logical pathway, and improve the quality of population as the fundamental logic. By building a flexible and open educational service system, advancing reforms in the school system and training models,optimizing the layout adjustment of college majors, and improving curriculum design and teaching methods, we aim to achieve highquality and scientifically sustainable development of vocational education and serve the high-quality population development.
