摘要
为探究安全氛围与地铁调度员的安全行为、心理资本、工作压力之间的关系,基于人本安全理论、社会认知理论和压力—情绪理论,采用整群抽样法,对某市地铁全部调度员施测安全氛围量表、安全行为量表、心理资本问卷和工作压力量表,有效问卷265份,回收率有效为98.15%。对结果进行分析可知:安全氛围对调度员安全行为有显著的正向预测作用;心理资本在安全氛围与安全行为间具有显著的部分中介效应;工作压力显著调节心理资本中介作用的前半段和安全氛围对安全行为的直接作用。因此企业要塑造和培养本质安全型员工,实现人本安全目标,从安全观念文化和安全行为文化入手,提升企业安全管理水平,以构建企业安全文化新模式,建设本质安全型企业。
This work aims to explore the relationship between safety climate and safety behavior,psychological capital and work stress of metro dispatchers.Based on the human security theory,social cognitive theory,and stress-emotion theory,the cluster sampling method is used to measure the safety climate scale,the safety behavior scale,the psychological capital questionnaire and the work stress scale of all dispatchers in the metro of a sample city.There were 265 valid questionnaires,with a valid response rate of 98.15%.Analysis of the results showed that:Safety climate had a significant positive predictive effect on the safety behavior of dispatchers;psychological capital had a significant partial mediating effect between safety climate and safety behavior;work stress significantly moderated the first half of the mediating role of psychological capital and the direct effect of safety climate on safety behavior of dispatchers.Therefore,the enterprise should shape and cultivate intrinsically safe employees,realize the people-oriented safety goals,start with safety concept culture and safety behavior culture,improve the company s safety management level,build a new model of enterprises safety culture,and build intrinsically safe enterprises.
