血清TSG-6蛋白在动脉粥样硬化相关疾病中的研究进展

摘要 TSG-6蛋白是一种35 kDa的炎症诱导蛋白。当前研究表明TSG-6蛋白水平可以延缓动脉粥样硬化病变的发展,还可以促进动脉粥样斑块的稳定。TSG-6蛋白具有免疫调节功能,是间充质干细胞/基质细胞在各种病理状况(包括神经炎症)中治疗效果中的关键因素。TSG-6通过其调节无菌炎症的作用,在各种退行性和炎症性疾病(包括脑部疾病)中发挥保护作用,特别是在缺血性卒中的背景下,这种蛋白质的病理生物学相关性也在患者中得到证实。此外TSG-6蛋白在冠心病患者血浆、受损血管以及动脉瘤中显著表达,提示TSG-6蛋白可能对稳定动脉瘤,修复血管有促进作用,以及可能会成为冠心病的独立生物标记物。鉴于TSG-6蛋白在动脉粥样硬化疾病中发挥的重要作用,在未来,TSG-6蛋白可能会成为动脉粥样硬化及其相关心脏疾病的治疗靶点。 TSG-6 protein is a 35 kDa inflammation-inducing protein.Current research shows that TSG-6 protein levels can delay the development of atherosclerotic lesions and can also promote the stability of atherosclerotic plaques.TSG-6 protein that there are immunomodulatory functions and is a key factor in the therapeutic efficacy of MSCs/stromal cells in a variety of pathological conditions,including neuroinflammation.TSG-6 plays a protective role in various degenerative and inflammatory diseases,including brain disorders,through its role in regulating sterile inflammation,especially in the context of ischemic stroke,and the pathobiological relevance of this protein has also been demonstrated in patients.In addition,TSG-6 protein is significantly expressed in the plasma,damaged blood vessels and aneurysms of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),which suggesting that TSG-6 protein may play a role in stabilizing aneurysms and repairing blood vessels,and may become an independent biomarker of coronary heart disease.In view of the important role that TSG-6 protein plays in atherosclerotic diseases,in the future,TSG-6 protein may become a therapeutic target for atherosclerosis and related heart diseases.
