汽车后视镜镜圈大型注塑模具设计

Design of Large Injection Mold for Car Rearview Mirror Circles

摘要 设计了一副大型热流道注塑模具。采用热流道转普通流道的浇注系统,既降低了成本,又满足了注射成型要求。采用潜伏式浇口,既保证了成型塑件的外观质量,又能实现自动断浇,使模具可以实现全自动化生产。采用随形水路温度控制系统,保证了模具均衡冷却和快速冷却。成型塑件精度达到了MT3(GB/T 14486—2008)。 A large injection mold with hot runner was designed. The cost had been reduced and the injection molding requirements had been met by using the gating system with a hot runner to a regular runner.The appearance quality of the plastic parts had been ensured, automatic pouring had been achieved and the mold had been fully automated by using the latent gates.The cooling of the mold was balanced and fast by using the temperature control system with a conformal waterway. The precision of the formed plastic parts had reached MT3(GB/T 14486—2008).
