一种用于镁铝合金表面微弧氧化陶瓷膜的封闭剂及性能研究

摘要 采用醋酸钙作为主盐对镁铝合金微弧氧化(MAO)膜层的微孔和微裂纹进行封闭处理。探究了封闭时间对微弧氧化膜层的封闭率的影响,研究发现在65℃下,封闭时间为15 min时可效地封堵微弧氧化膜层的微孔和微裂缝,封闭率可达90%。借助扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪分析了膜层封闭前后的表面形貌和元素组成,通过电化学工作站和盐雾测试评估了膜层封闭前后的耐腐蚀性能,结果表明,封闭后膜层的腐蚀电流密度由0.81μA·cm^(-2)下降至0.18μA·cm^(-2),盐雾测试可达168 h,膜层的防腐性能得到了显著提高。 Calcium acetate was used as the main salt to seal the micropores and microcracks of the micro arc oxidation(MAO)film of magnesium-aluminum alloy in this paper.The effects of sealing time on the sealing rate of the micro-arc oxide coating were explored,and it was found that the micropores and micro cracks of the micro-arc oxide coating could be effectively sealed at 65°C with a sealing time of 15 min and the sealing rate could reach 90%.The results show that the corrosion current density of the coating after sealing decreases from 0.81μA·cm^(-2)to 0.18μA·cm^(-2),the salt spray test can reach 168 h,and the anti-corrosion performance of the coating is significantly improved.
