一种新型十五电平逆变器及调制策略与拓展

摘要 为了改善传统多电平逆变器其开关器件数量偏多及扩展复杂的问题,提出一种降低器件数量且具有扩展能力的不对称十五电平逆变器,仅用十个开关器件即可输出十五电平电压,其输出电压保持良好的波形,拓扑具有易拓展的特点。采用改进型载波移幅调制(LS-PWM)策略,通过减少载波数量来降低调制实现难度和输出电压总谐波失真度(THD)。对比各类型具有扩展能力的多电平逆变器,仅需更少的直流电源及开关管数量,降低逆变器成本并提高逆变器的工作效率,避免逆变器存在的电流倒灌、瞬时尖峰电压问题。最后,通过仿真分析和实验验证了逆变器拓扑结构及其调制策略的可行性,并具备良好的稳态、动态性能。 To address the issues of excessive switching devices and complex scalability in traditional multilevel inverters,an asymmetric fifteen-level inverter with reduced component count and scalability was proposed.This inverter has achieved a fifteen-level output voltage with only ten switching devices,maintaining a good waveform,and its topology had the characteristic of easy scalability.An improved level shifted pulse width modulation(LS-PWM)modulation strategy was adopted in this inverter,reducing the number of carriers to simplify the modulation process and the total harmonic distortion(THD)of output voltage.Compared to other scalable multilevel inverters,this inverter requires fewer DC power supplies and switching devices,thus reducing the inverter’s cost and improving its operational efficiency,while avoiding issues of current backflow and instantaneous voltage spikes.Finally,the feasibility of the inverter topology and its modulation strategy were validated through simulation analysis and experimental results,demonstrating excellent steady-state and dynamic performance.
