摘要
巴西铝工业发展深受社会经济发展的影响。作为最早走上资本主义发展道路的发展中国家,二战结束后至20世纪70年代,大型跨国公司纷纷来巴西找矿,先后在亚马逊流域、东部和南部地区发现铝土矿并陆续控制矿权。20世纪80-90年代,巴西建设了数个矿山-氧化铝-电解铝联合体项目,一度被西方国家认为是最理想的铝业基地,但是债务危机和通货膨胀等严重的社会问题,使项目工期延迟、投资飞涨,严重打击投资者的信心。进入21世纪,随着“去工业化”浪潮的出现,虽氧化铝工业继续壮大,但电解铝工业停滞不前甚至倒退,铝消费需要依赖进口。
The development of Brazil aluminum industry is deeply influenced by social and economic development.As the first developing country to embark on the path of capitalist development,during the period from the end of World War II to the 1970s,large multinational companies came to Brazil to search for bauxite,later found it in the Amazon basin,eastern and southern regions and successively controlled the mining rights.In the 1980s and 1990s,Brazil built several mining-alumina-aluminum complex projects,which was once regarded as the most ideal aluminum base by western countries,but the debt crisis,inflation and other serious social problems caused projects to be delayed with soaring investment,thus seriously hitting investor confidence.In the 21st century,with the emergence of the"deindustrialization"wave,the alumina industry continues to grow,but the aluminum industry stagnates or even lags behind,and aluminum consumption needs to rely on imports.
