摘要
通过报道张蓓教授治疗两例鼻咽癌的成功案例,探讨鼻咽癌放化疗相关毒副反应及放化疗后维持治疗的中医辨证论治特色与临床疗效优势。张蓓教授认为“虚、痰、瘀、热、毒”是鼻咽癌的核心病机,且西医治疗后常出现“化疗伤气,放疗伤阴”等病机,治疗放疗相关毒副反应注重养阴活血,化疗相关毒副反应则以补气活血为主;临床论治强调整体观念,重扶正固本,补养正气,并对患者个体辨证施治,充分发挥中医治疗鼻咽癌放化疗相关毒副反应的独特优势,为鼻咽癌中西医结合治疗奠定了理论基础。
By reporting two successful cases of Professor ZHANG Bei in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment and the clinical efficacy advantages of chemoradiotherapy-related toxic and side effects of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were discussed.Professor ZHANG Bei believed that“deficiency,phlegm,stasis,heat,and toxicity”were the core pathogeneses of nasopharyngeal cancer,and after treatment by western medicine,pathogenesis such as“chemotherapy impaired qi,and radiotherapy impaired yin”often occurred.The treatment of radiotherapyrelated toxic and side effects focused on nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation,while the treatment of chemotherapy-related toxic and side effects focused on replenishing qi and promoting blood circulation.Clinical treatment emphasized on the holistic concept,attached importance to reinforce the healthy qi to restore the normal function,and treated patients based on individual syndrome differentiation,giving full play to the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chemoradiotherapy-related toxic and side effects of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and laying a theoretical foundation for the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
