摘要
目的 分析互联网健康教育的综合护理对屈光不正手术患者应激反应的影响。方法 收集2023年1月到2024年6月于本院实施屈光不正手术的205例患者临床资料进行研究。依照护理方法的不同将其分为常规护理(102例)的对照组及互联网健康教育的综合护理(103例)的观察组。比较两组患者的认知水平、应激反应相关指标、焦虑、抑郁评分。结果 干预前,两组认知水平评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,两组评分均提升,且观察组高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。干预前,两组应激反应相关指标收缩压、心率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后的观察组收缩压、心率均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。干预前,两组焦虑、抑郁的心理状态比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,两组心理状态评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 互联网健康教育的综合护理能够提升患者的认知水平,减轻患者的应激反应,改善不良心理状态。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing care of Internet health education on stress response of patients undergoing refractive error surgery.MethodsClinical data of 205 patients who underwent ametropia surgery in our hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were collected and studied.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into conventional nursing(102 cases)control group and Internet health education comprehensive nursing(103 cases)observation group.The cognitive level,stress response related indexes,anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were compared.ResultsBefore intervention,there was no significant difference in cognitive scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of both groups were improved,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in stress response related indexes systolic blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the systolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistical significance in the psychological state of anxiety and depression between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the psychological state scores of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing of Internet health education can improve the cognitive level of patients,reduce the stress response of patients,and improve the adverse psychological state.
