高密度沉淀+高级氧化预处理含氟废水的工程应用

摘要 安徽省某县开发区污水处理厂项目一期预处理工程规模为15000 m^(3)/d,主要对该开发区内光伏企业排放的含氟废水作进一步处理。该项目废水处理工艺采用“粗细格栅+两级高密度沉淀+臭氧催化氧化”,污泥处理工艺为“污泥浓缩+污泥调理+高压板框脱水”。其出水特征污染物氟化物≤1.5 mg/L,满足《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)准Ⅳ类标准,COD≤80 mg/L,运营成本为5.08元/m^(3)。 The first-stage pretreatment project of the sewage treatment plant project in a county development zone in Anhui Province has a scale of 15000 m^(3)/d.The fluoride wastewater discharged by photovoltaic enterprises in the development zone is mainly treated further.The wastewater treatment process of this project adopts"coarse and fine grids+two-stage high-density precipitation+ozone catalytic oxidation",and the sludge treatment process is"sludge concentration+sludge condi-tioning+high-pressure plate and frame dehydration".The effluent characteristic pollutant fluoride is less than 1.5 mg/L,which meets the quasi-IV standard of Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard(GB 3838—2002),COD is less than 80 mg/L,and the operating cost is 5.08 yuan/m^(3).
