摘要
硅灰作为重要的硅质矿物掺合料,近年来在建筑材料中应用广泛。为研究硅灰掺量对水泥混凝土性能和水化机理的影响,本文基于室内试验探究了5种不同硅灰掺量水泥混凝土的料浆扩散度、单轴抗压强度、抗冲击强度和收缩率。结果表明,料浆扩散度和收缩率随硅灰掺量的提升先降后升,单轴抗压强度和抗冲击强度随硅灰掺量的提升先升后降,当硅灰掺量为10%时,水泥混凝土的力学性能和安定性最优。适量硅灰的掺入会提升水泥混凝土的强度、抗冲击性能和安定性,但过量硅灰的掺入会因其吸水性阻滞水化反应的持续进行,不利于水化产物和宏观强度的形成。
As an important siliceous mineral admixture,silica fume has been widely used in building materials in recent years.In order to study the effect of silica fume content on the properties and hydration mechanism of cement concrete,the slurry diffusion,uniaxial compressive strength,impact strength and shrinkage of five cement concretes with different silica fume dosages were investigated based on laboratory experiments.The results show that the diffusion and shrinkage of the slurry decrease first and then increase with the increase of silica fume content,and the uniaxial compressive strength and impact strength increase first and then decrease with the increase of silica fume content,and when the silica fume content is 10%,the mechanical properties and stability of cement concrete are the best.The incorporation of an appropriate amount of silica fume will improve the strength,impact resistance and stability of cement concrete,but the incorporation of excessive silica fume will hinder the continuous progress of hydration reaction due to its water absorption,which is not conducive to the formation of hydration products and macroscopic strength.
