摘要
分别采用酶辅助水蒸气蒸馏法、超临界CO_(2)法提取檀香木挥发油,同时利用气相色谱-质谱(Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry,GC-MS)分析上述檀香木挥发油化学成分,并进一步测试其对DPPH自由基清除能力,以评价抗氧化活性潜力。结果表明,超临界CO_(2)法获得的挥发油较酶辅助水蒸气蒸馏法获得的挥发油香味更为丰富、提取率更高,其中超临界CO_(2)法最高提取率可达6%以上;基于GC-MS法,从上述两种挥发油中共分析出31种化合物,主要特征成分包括α-檀香醇、β-檀香醇、澳白檀醇、Z-α-trans-香柠檬醇、Z-epi-β-檀香醇等醇类成分;清除DPPH自由基能力结果显示,超临界法提取的挥发油具备更好的抗氧化活性潜力。本文可为檀香木挥发油的绿色工业化生产和产品开发提供方法指引和技术参考。
The volatile oil of sandalwood was extracted by enzyme-assisted steam distillation and supercritical CO_(2)respectively.The chemical compositions of the extracted volatile oils were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Furthermore,their DPPH radical scavenging abilities were assessed to evaluate their antioxidant potential.The results indicated that the volatile oil obtained by the supercritical CO_(2)method exhibited a richer fragrance and higher extraction yield compared to that obtained by enzyme-assisted steam distillation.The results showed that the volatile oil obtained by supercritical CO_(2)method was richer in flavor and higher in extraction rate than that obtained by enzyme-assisted steam distillation,and the highest extraction rate by supercritical CO_(2)method was above 6%.Based on GC-MS method,a total of 31 compounds were identified from the above two volatile oils,with the main characteristic chemical components being alcohols such asα-santalol,β-santalol,cis-lanceol,Z-α-trans-bergamotal,and Z-epi-β-santalol.The DPPH radical scavenging ability tests revealed that the volatile oil extracted by the supercritical CO_(2)method possessed superior antioxidant potential.This study provides methodological guidance and technical reference for the green industrial production and product development of sandalwood volatile oil.
