摘要
以山西某地选精煤为原料进行活化焙烧,然后通过碱浸脱灰制备超纯碳,考察了不同反应条件下脱灰效果的影响,并对煤中高岭石在活化焙烧条件下的相变特征进行了研究。研究结果表明:活化焙烧焦煤在苛碱浓度为150 g/L、温度为130℃、碱浸时间为60 min条件下浸出,可将选精煤灰分由2.87%降低至0.96%,脱灰率可达到66.55%;通过XRD、FTIR和SEM分析,对活化焙烧焦煤进行表征,发现煤中高岭石经过活化焙烧(950℃,15 min)分解为活性SiO_(2)和铝硅尖晶石。
Activated roasting was conducted using clean coal after flotation as raw material,followed by alkaline leaching to prepare superpure carbon.The influence of different reaction conditions on the ash removal efficiency and the phase transition characteristics of kaolinite in coal during activated roasting were investigated.The results showed that under the conditions of caustic soda of 150 g/L,temperature of 130℃,and time of 60 min,the ash content of cleaned coal decreased from 2.87%to 0.96%,and the ash removal rate reached 66.55%.XRD,FTIR,and SEM were employed to characterize the activated roasted coal,it was found that kaolinite in the coal was decomposed into active SiO_(2) and mullite after activation roasting(950℃ for 15 min).
