摘要
通过试验探讨纳米硅粉材料对水泥土强度特性的影响,以期找到水泥土中合理的纳米硅粉掺量。针对不同纳米硅粉掺量的水泥土,进行不同龄期的试验研究。无侧限抗压强度试验表明:纳米硅粉能增强水泥土的强度,在纳米硅粉1%~2%、水泥8.5%~20%的配比下,纳米硅粉可提高水泥土强度1~3倍;纳米硅粉在水泥土中可起到早强作用,7 d强度即可达到90 d强度的一半;纳米硅粉在水泥土中因水泥掺量的不同而存在相应的最佳纳米硅粉掺合比。
In order to find out the optimal addition ratios of nanometer silica fume,the paper discussed the influence of strength properties of the Cement-Stabilized Soil in different addition ratios’nanometer materials.Experimental study of different conserved days’was conducted on Cement-Stabilized Soil with different addition ratios’nanometer silica fume.By unconfined compressive strength tests of the Cement-Stabilized Soil with the nanometer silica fume,the nanometer silica fume can raise the strength by one to three times than general Cement-Stabilized Soil in the scope of 1%to 2%of nanometer material addition ratio and 8.5%to 20%of cement’s addition ratio.Nanometer silica fume can raise Cement-Stabilized Soil’s early strength,the7 day strength can reach half of 90-day strength.And there exists optimal nanometer material addition ratios as cement addition ratios changing.
