摘要
定向师范生培养是21世纪以来我国乡村教师队伍补充的重要途径。“教育名著选读”是一门教师教育课程,旨在通过中外教育名著阅读提高师范生教育理论水平、涵养人文精神。基于定向师范生培养的要求,本研究立足于“教育本位、师范本色、文化根基”确定思政目标,相应提炼出“教育伦理、身份认同、家国情怀”三类思政元素并嵌入课程模块。“教育名著选读”课程思政可通过“读—思—习—创”的教学路径具体实施。课程思政评价以发展为导向,过程与结果并重,采用多元的评价方式,以提高课程育人实效。
The cultivation of directional normal students has been a significant means for replenishing the rural teacher force in China since the 21st century.“Education Classics Selected Reading”is a teacher education course,aiming to enhance the educational theoretical level of normal students and cultivate their humanistic spirit through the reading of educational classics from both domestic and international sources.Based on the requirements,this research determines the ideological and political goals based on“education orientation,normal student nature,and cultural foundation”,and accordingly extracts three types of ideological and political elements,including“educational ethics,identity recognition,and patriotic feelings”,and embeds them into the course modules.The ideological and political education in this course is implemented specifically through the teaching path of“reading-thinking-practicing-creating”.The evaluation of ideological and political education is development-oriented,determines the dimensions of equal emphasis on process and outcome,and adopts multiple evaluation methods to improve the effectiveness of course education.
