摘要
人造金刚石作为天然金刚石的完美替代品成为国内外研究的热点。金刚石因其优异的综合性能,不同生长特征的金刚石(板状、塔状、尖塔状)能够应用于不同领域。利用国产六面顶压机在高温高压条件下合成宝石级大单晶的技术已经日渐成熟,然而,目前对于宝石级大单晶生长特性的影响因素仍缺乏系统的研究。在近年来专家学者研究成果的基础上,文章总结分析了温度、压力、籽晶、触媒等对温度梯度法下合成宝石级大单晶晶体生长特征的影响。
Synthetic diamond has become a research hotspot at home and abroad as the perfect substitute for natural diamond.Because of its excellent comprehensive properties,diamond with different growth characteristics(plate,tower,spire)can be applied to different fields.The technology of synthesizing gem-grade large single crystal under high-temperature and high-pressure(HTHP)by using domestic six-sided top press has become increasingly mature.However,there is still a lack of systematic research on the factors affecting the growth characteristics of gem-grade large single crystal at present.On the basis of the work published by researchers in recent years,the effects of temperature,pressure,seed crystal and catalyst on the growth characteristics of gem-grade large single crystal synthesized under temperature gradient method(TGM)were summarized and analyzed in this paper.
