摘要
针对煤矿主通风机倒机过程中出现的短暂停风、启动风阻较大等问题,对井下风门结构进行优化,提出了一种基于PLC控制的主通风机不停风自动倒机方案,并对相应软硬件系统进行设计。该系统通过加装对空风门对井下风道结构进行改造,采用PLC对垂直风门及对空风门开合状态、开合角度进行实时控制,形成风阻短路,可有效消除因倒机造成的短暂停风,维持井下风量稳定,实现井下不停风倒机目标。
Aiming at the problems of brief air stoppage and high starting air resistance during the process of coal mine main ventilation fan switching,the underground air door structure was optimized,and a PLC controlled automatic switching scheme for the main ventilation fan without stopping air was proposed,and the corresponding software and hardware systems were designed.The system modifies the underground air duct structure by installing air dampers,and uses PLC to control the opening and closing status and angle of vertical and air dampers in real time,forming a short circuit of air resistance.This can effectively eliminate the short-term air stoppage caused by reversing,maintain the stability of underground air volume,and achieve the process of non-stop air reversing underground.
