摘要
身体意象是接受治疗的乳腺癌患者亟待解决的问题。乳腺癌患者在疾病治疗的过程中可能由于不同治疗手段产生的副作用导致其出现消极的身体意象。本研究基于最新研究结果对乳腺癌患者身体意象的研究现状进行综述,分别从概念、测量工具、影响因素及干预方法等方面进行总结,且从护理干预角度切入,归纳总结乳腺癌患者的身体意象影响因素,以期为未来的临床护理干预提供更多参考。此外,本文还从护士为主导的干预角度出发,为改善乳腺癌患者身体意象水平,提高其生活质量提供借鉴与参考。
Body image is an urgent problem for breast cancer patients receiving treatment.Breast cancer patients may be treated with negative physical images due to the side effects of different treatments.This article reviewed the research status of body image in breast cancer patients from the aspects of concept,measurement tools,influencing factors,and intervention methods.This study is based on the angle of nursing intervention,which summarizes the influence factors of the body image of breast cancer patients,in order to provide more reference for future clinical nursing interventions.In addition,this paper also starts from the perspective of the intervention of nurses,and provide reference for improving the body image level of breast cancer patients and enhancing their quality of life.
