考虑分布式风机运行的配电网动态重构优化研究

摘要 高渗透率的风电接入配电网使得配电网的控制与运行变得更加复杂。针对集中控制的配电网重构时间长、求解效率低等问题,提出了一种将配电网分层解耦为可并行求解开关变量的控制区域的方法,利用点割集和环路的连接度将整个网络分解为独立的环路,再从下自上逐层求解;推导了以网络开关变量、节点矩阵表示的网损计算方法,建立了以网络损耗最小为目标的含配电网重构的分布式风机运行优化模型;提出了能够同时求解网络重构和运行优化的求解方法。根据118节点配电网系统对比不同场景,验证了网络分解方法相比其他算法的优势,以及所提目标函数在削减网损方面的有效性。 The integration of high-penetration wind power into distribution networks makes their control and operation more complex.To address the issues of a long reconfiguration time and low solution efficiency in the centrally controlled distribution network,the paper proposes a method to decouple the distribution network into control regions that can solve switching variables in parallel.This method decomposes the entire network into independent loops using cut sets and the connectivity of the loops,and then solves the loops from the bottom up layer by layer.A method for calculating network loss represented by network switching variables and node matrices is derived,and an optimization model for distributed wind turbine operation with network reconfiguration aimed at minimizing network loss is established.A solution method that simultaneously solves the network reconfiguration and operation optimization is proposed.Finally,based on the 118-node distribution network system,different scenarios are compared to verify the advantages of the network decomposition method over other algorithms,as well as the effectiveness of the proposed objective function in reducing the network loss.
