薄壳双面木纹大曲面清水混凝土施工技术

摘要 以宁波大学潘天寿艺术设计学院工程项目为例,开展双面木纹大曲面清水混凝土的施工技术研究。为实现建筑构件双面木纹大曲面造型及清水混凝土效果,采用BIM技术结合“钢板+木纹清水混凝土模板体系”的施工工艺,解决了双面木纹大曲面清水混凝土施工中存在的难题。从而满足了实际工程结构的力学需求,确保了大曲面清水混凝土构件的美学效果,取得了较好的社会效益和经济效益,研究成果可为后续的相似工程提供相应的参考与借鉴。 Taking a certain engineering project of Pan Tianshou College of Art and Design of Ningbo University as an example,the construction technology research of fair-faced concrete with double-sided wood grain and large curved surface is carried out.In order to achieve the double-sided wood grain large curved surface shape and the effect of fair-faced concrete in building construction,the construction process of BIM technology combined with"steel plate wood grain fair-faced concrete formwork system"is adopted to economically and effectively solve the problems in the construction of double-sided wood grain large curved surface fair-faced concrete.The successful implementation of this technology ensures the aesthetic effect of large curved fair-faced concrete components,meets the mechanical requirements of actual engineering structures,and achieves good social and economic benefits.The research results can provide corresponding references for similar projects in the future.
