摘要
研究调查了乐亭县各乡镇兽医站接诊的100例犬细小病毒病(CPVD)患犬的品种、年龄、发病季节分布情况,并对比采取不同治疗方案的治疗效果,以期为CPVD的预防及临床诊疗提供参考。结果显示,100例CPVD患犬中藏獒占比最高,为65%;不同发病月龄占全部患犬比例最高的是2~3月龄,占比为40%;冬季发病占比最高,为45%。采取综合性治疗方案进行治疗可显著提高CPVD的治愈率,其中抑制蛋白+干扰素+补液治疗组总治愈率最高。研究表明,CPVD在乐亭县一年四季均有发病,以冬季占比最高;不同年龄的患犬中以2~3月龄占比最高,不同品种中以藏獒占比最高。不同治疗方案中,以采用“抑制蛋白+干扰素+补液”的综合性治疗方案治疗效果最好。
This study investigated the breed,age and season distribution of 100 cases of canine parvovirus disease(CPVD)in veterinary stations of townships and towns in Laoting County,and compared the therapeutic effect of different treatment schemes,in order to provide reference for the prevention and clinical diagnosis and treatment of CPVD.The results showed that Tibetan mastiff accounted for 65%of the 100 CPVD patients.The highest proportion of dogs with different disease age was 2~3 months,accounting for 40%.The incidence of winter was the highest(45%).The cure rate of CPVD can be significantly improved by comprehensive treatment,among which the total cure rate of the inhibitor+interferon+fluid infusion treatment group was the highest.The study indicated that CPVD occurred all year round in Laoting County,with the highest proportion in winter.Among dogs of different ages,2~3 months of age accounted for the highest proportion,and among different breeds,Tibetan mastiff accounted for the highest proportion.Among the different treatment plans,the comprehensive treatment plan of'inhibitor+interferon+fluid infusion'has the best treatment effect.
