浙江省强村公司人才现状及对策研究

Research on the current situation and countermeasures of talents of Qiangcun Company in Zhejiang Province

摘要 本文对浙江省10个地级市的202家强村公司进行问卷调查,分析了当前强村公司总体人才情况和管理层人才情况。发现仍存在经营管理人才不足、引进渠道受限、培养力度不够的人才引进培育问题,激励和考核制度不完善、退出机制不完善的人才考核退出问题,以及创业帮扶不足、生活服务不足、资源共享不通畅的的人才政策保障问题,并从强化管理队伍建设、加强人才引进培育、健全各项制度保障三方面提出对策建议。 The author conducts a questionnaire survey on 202 Qiangcun companies in 10 prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province,and analyzes the current overall talent situation and management talent situation of Qiangcun companies.It was found that there still existed the problems of talent introduction and cultivation,such as insufficient management talents,restricted introduction channels and insufficient cultivation efforts,the problems of talent assessment and withdrawal,such as imperfect incentive and assessment system and imperfect withdrawal mechanism,as well as the problems of talent policy protection,such as insufficient entrepreneurial support,insufficient life services and poor resource sharing.And the article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the three aspects of strengthening the construction of management team,strengthening the introduction and cultivation of talent,and improving various system guarantees.
