基于井下工程参数的井眼清洁状态识别分析试验

摘要 近年来,川渝深层页岩气钻井提速取得一定进步,但与优秀指标井依然存在差距,仅依靠地面的工程参数,无法掌握井下真实的动态。在钻井施工过程中,因井眼清洁状态不明朗,纯钻进、循环划眼、起下钻时效多,造成机械钻速慢、泵压异常升高、摩阻扭矩增加,岩屑因未及时返出,粘附在井壁上,造成起下钻不畅,发生阻卡及固井质量差等问题,导致深层页岩气钻井提速不均的问题突出,严重制约安全提速。文章通过地面和井下参数的映射分析,对井底钻头处钻压、扭矩、转速传导效果进行评价,对井底压力和振动状态进行评估,不断汲取井下数据,探究井眼清洁真实状态的数据反馈,建立井下测量数据与井眼清洁状态关系模型,开展接立柱、起下钻等工况井下循环参数研究,形成地面-井下数据联动,以研究工艺优化方法,形成有效数据支撑,为安全快速钻井、智能钻井提供科学分析手段。 In recent years,the drilling speed of deep shale gas in Sichuan and Chongqing has made some progress,but there is stlla gap with excellent indicator wells.It is impossible to grasp the real dynamic state of underground mine by only relying on the engineering parameters on the surface.During the drilling process,due to the unclear wellbore clean state,pure drilling,circular cutting and too much drilling time,the mechanical penetration rate is slow,pump pressure is abnormally high,friction torque is increased,and cuttings are not returned in time,sticking to the wellbore leads to unsmooth drlling,blocking and poor cementing quality,and the uneven speed-up of deep shale gas drilling seriously restricts the safe speed-up.Through mapping analysis of surface and downhole parameters,this paper evaluates the conduction effect of weight on bit,torque and rotational speed at the bottom of the hole,evaluates the bottom hole pressure and vibration state,constantly draws downhole data,explores the data feedback of the real state of borehole cleaning,and establishes the relationship model between downhole measurement data and borehole cleaning state,carries out research on downhole circulation parameters under conditions such as column connection and tripping,forms surface-downhole data linkage,studies process optimization methods,forms effective data support,and provides scientific analysis means for safe and rapid drilling and intelligent drilling.
