基于响应面法的发泡剂复配改性研究及配合比优化

摘要 利用表面活性剂复配改性动物蛋白发泡剂制备复合发泡剂,设计表面活性剂单掺动物蛋白发泡剂试验并对其发泡倍数和稳定性能进行研究,并通过响应曲面法优化复合发泡剂配合比。结果表明,当SLS质量浓度为1.605 g/L、MPA质量浓度为1.413 g/L、SDS质量浓度为1.536 g/L时,复合发泡剂综合性能最优,此时发泡倍数为52.31,1 h泌水量为8.714 mL,1 h沉降距为7.172 mm,优化后的复合发泡剂可大幅度增强发泡倍数,且稳定性较高,更利于制备泡沫混凝土。 The compound blowing agent was prepared by using surfactant compound modified animal protein blowing agent,and the experiment of single surfactant doped with animal protein blowing agent was designed,and its foaming multiple and stability were studied,and the mixture ratio of compound blowing agent was optimized by response surface method.The results show that when the concentration of SLS is 1.605 g/L,the concentration of MPA is 1.413 g/L and the concentration of SDS is 1.536 g/L,the comprehensive performance of the composite foaming agent is the best.At this time,the foaming ratio is 52.31,the bleeding volume at 1 h is 8.714 mL,and the settling distance at 1 h is 7.172 mm.The optimized composite foaming agent can greatly enhance the foaming ratio and has high stability,which is more conducive to the preparation of foam concrete.
