摘要
广西玉林市龙云灌区新建云良水库工程土石坝坝基为V型结构,常规的液压抓斗机成槽工艺在V型坝基两侧斜陡坡工况下施工十分困难。在该工况条件下创造性地运用了长臂挖掘机进行防渗墙成槽施工,很好地解决了该难题。本文简要对比了两种施工工艺的优缺点及适用范围,并结合该工程施工实例详细介绍了新建水库土石坝V型坝基斜陡坡工况下长臂挖掘机进行砼防渗墙成槽施工工艺。
The earth-rock dam foundation of newly built Yunliang Reservoir of Longyun Irrigation Zone project is of V-type structure.The trench construction with conventional hydraulic grab machine is very difficult in the steep slopes on both sides of V-type dam foundation.This problem was well solved by creative use of long arm excavator for trench construction of anti-seepage wall.The advantages,disadvantages and applicable scope of two kinds of construction techniques were compared.Combined with the construction practice of this project,a detailed introduction was made on the trench construction technique of concrete anti-seepage wall in steep slope of V-type earth-rock dam foundation for a newly built reservoir.
