摘要
目的探讨床边血液透析伴出血倾向患者护理中个性化护理干预的应用效果。方法将2022年1月—2023年12月本院重症医学科收治的90例床边血液透析伴出血倾向患者作为研究对象,采取整体抽样法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。其中,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上增加个性化护理干预,评估两种护理方法对患者凝血功能、并发症、生活质量以及满意度等相关指标的影响,并将两组的相关评估结果进行比较分析。结果干预后,观察组的凝血酶和活化部分全血凝血酶时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后患者的各项生活质量评分均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对床边血液透析伴出血倾向患者实施个性化护理干预的效果理想,更有利于改善其凝血功能,降低并发症的发生风险,同时可提高患者的生活质量,且获得病患的认可与支持,故在临床上有推广的价值。
Objective To explore application effect of personalized nursing intervention in nursing of bedside hemodialysis patients with bleeding tendency.Methods The paper chose 90 bedside hemodialysis patients with bleeding tendency in ICU Department of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 as main subjects,and divided them into the control group and the observation group with whole sampling method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group with personalized nursing interventions based on routine nursing.Effect on coagulation function,complications,life quality and satisfaction degree of patients was evaluated between two nursing methods,relevant evaluation results were compared and analyzed between two groups.Results Evaluation of coagulation function of patients after intervention showed,the observation group had significantly shorter thrombin and activated whole blood thrombin time than the control group(P<0.05).Statistical complications showed,incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,there was significant difference in comparison(P<0.05).Life quality evaluation of patients after intervention showed,the observation group had significantly higher scores in various aspects of life quality than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree evaluatation showed,satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistical significance.Conclusion Personalized nursing intervention can achieve ideal effect bedside hemodialysis for patients with bleeding tendency,can improve coagulation function,reduce incidence of complications and improve life quality of patients,and gain recognition and support from patients,which has clinical value for promotion.
