玉米行间除草机关键部件优化设计与试验

The optimization design and test of key components of the weeder between rows in corn field

摘要 针对现有玉米行间除草装置存在除草率低、易伤苗、功耗大等问题,优化设计了一种玉米行间除草机,通过理论分析确定了影响作业性能的除草刀主要结构参数以及各参数的取值范围。基于离散元EDEM软件进行了仿真试验,运用Box-Benhnken法对仿真试验进行设计,并通过响应面分析和回归分析对仿真结果进行优化分析得出折弯角、正切刃切削长度、切土角对土壤扰动率和作业功耗的影响,仿真试验结果表明除草刀最优参数组合为折弯角为103°,正切刃切削长度为60 mm,切土角为11°;在最优组合下,其土壤扰动率为92.64%,作业功耗为248.26 W。田间试验表明,在最优结构参数组合下,该装置平均除草率和平均伤苗率分别为90.85%和2.36%,作业性能稳定,能满足玉米机械除草作业农艺和技术要求。 In view of the problems of low weeding rate,easy-to-injury seedling and large power consumption in the existing inter-line weeding device,an inter-line weeding machine was optimized and designed,and then the main structural parameters of the weeding knife affecting the performance of the operation and the value range of each parameter were determined by theoretical analysis.Simulation experiments were performed with discrete meta-EDEM software.The simulation experiments were designed using the Box-Benhnken method,and the simulation results were optimized by response surface analysis and regression analysis to obtain the effect of bend angle,cutting edge cutting length,cutting angle on soil disturbance rate and operating power consumption.The simulation results showed that the optimal parameters of the weeding knife were combined with a bend angle of 103°,a cutting edge of 60 mm and a cuttin gangle of 11°.The soil disturbance rate was 92.64%and the operating power consumption was 248.26W.Field tests showed that the average weeding rate and average seedling rate of the device were 90.85% and 2.36% respectively,under the combination of optimal structural parameters,and the performance was stable,which can meet the agronomic and technical requirements of corn mechanical weeding operation.
