摘要
目的分析2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)合并肺部感染患者治疗中胸腺五肽联合达格列净对氧合指数的影响。方法选取2022年5月—2024年6月盐城市大丰人民医院收治的60例T2DM合并肺部感染患者,按照不同治疗手段分为对照组(二甲双胍联合胸腺五肽)、观察组(对照组基础上加入达格列净),各30例。对比两组血糖水平、氧合指数及临床疗效。结果治疗1个月后,观察组氧合指数高于对照组、空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论T2DM合并肺部感染患者采用胸腺五肽、二甲双胍联合达格列净治疗,可改善其氧合指数,提升控糖效果及临床疗效。
Objective To analyze the effect of thymopentin combined with dapagliflozin on oxygenation index in pa-tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated with pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 60 patients with T2DM complicated with pulmonary infection admitted to Yancheng Dafeng People's Hospital from May 2022 to June 2024 were selected and divided into control group(metformin combined with thymopentin)and observation group(dapagliflozin was added on the basis of the control group)according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The blood glucose level,oxygenation index and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of treatment,the oxygenation index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thymopentin,metformin combined with dapagliflozin can improve the oxygenation index,improve the effect of glucose control and clinical efficacy in patients with T2DM complicated with pulmonary infection.
