摘要
目的探讨封闭式负压引流(vacuum seal drainage,VSD)与植皮修复结合在糖尿病足溃疡(diabetic foot ulcer,DFU)治疗中的应用价值。方法选择2021年1月—2024年6月武汉大学中南医院咸宁医院收治的60例DFU患者,根据治疗方式不同分为两组,各30例。常规组接受清创术联合传统敷料换药治疗,探究组则接受VSD联合植皮修复治疗。比较两组手术相关指标、DFU严重程度及并发症发生率。结果术后,探究组创面愈合时间、换药次数、住院时间均少于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗2周后,探究组的DFU严重程度低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。探究组并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论VSD与植皮修复结合在DFU治疗中展现出显著优势,不仅改善了手术相关指标,还降低了DFU的严重程度和并发症发生率。
Objective To investigate the application value of the combination of vacuum seal drainage(VSD)and skin graft repair in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer(DFU).Methods From January 2021 to June 2024,60 patients with DFU admitted to Xianning Hospital of Central South Hospital of Wuhan University were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,30 cases in each group.The routine group received debridement com-bined with traditional dressing change treatment,while the exploration group received VSD combined with skin graft-ing repair treatment.The operation related indexes,DFU severity and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results After operation,the wound healing time,dressing change times and hospitalization time in the ex-ploration group were less than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the severity of DFU in the exploration group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the exploration group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of VSD and skin graft repair significant advantages in the treatment of DFU,which not only improved the operation re-lated indexes,but also reduced the severity of DFU and complication rate.
