摘要
类风湿性关节炎目前较明确的发病机制是与免疫紊乱有关,其核心治疗药物疗效有限、治疗失败是临床常见的难题。而足三里穴调节机体免疫功能效果显著,也是治疗类风湿性关节炎使用频率最高的穴位。因此,探析针灸足三里后的免疫机理,可以更好地通过细胞、分子解释其发挥效应的机制,如足三里可以通过调节巨噬细胞极化、肥大细胞脱颗粒、抗体介导的体液免疫、血小板活化等改善机体免疫失衡状态,以缓解类风湿性关节炎慢性炎症、疼痛、骨破坏。这些免疫机制的揭示为临床靶点治疗提供了理论基础。
At present,the clear pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis is related to immune disorder,the core therapeutic drugs ofthis diseases have limited efficacy and treatment failure is a common clinical problem.Zusanli(ST36)has a significant effect on regulating immune function,and it is also the acupoint with the highest frequency in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Therefore,to explore the immune mechanism of acupuncture at Zusanli(ST36)can better explain the mechanism of its effect through cells and molecules.For example,Zusanli(ST36)can improve the immune imbalance by regulating macrophage polarization,mast cell degranulation,antibody-mediated humoral immunity and platelet activation to alleviate chronic inflammation,pain and bone destruction in rheumatoid arthritis.The revelation of these immune mechanisms provided a theoretical basis for clinical target therapy.
