摘要
随着三维激光扫描技术的不断发展,机载激光雷达通过向目标发射激光脉冲,快速获取三维点云数据,具有高精度、高效率及作业成本低等优点,在架空输电线路安全勘探、电力巡线等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文提出一种基于激光点云数据的输电线路高压电塔提取方法:首先使用基于二次曲面拟合的点云滤波方法消除大量无效点;然后对非地面点进行下采样,通过点云领域点集构建的协方差矩阵特性估算点云空间维度特征获取高压电塔种子点;最后根据高压电塔种子点,使用kd-tree算法进行近邻检索获取更为完整的高压电塔。试验结果表明,该方法能够从激光点云数据中高精度自动提取高压电塔,具有一定的工程价值。
With the continuous development of 3D laser scanning technology,airborne lidar can emit laser pulses to the target to quickly obtain 3D point cloud data,which has the advantages of high precision,high efficiency and low operating cost,and plays an increasingly important role in the safety exploration of overhead transmission lines and power line patrol.On this basis,a high-voltage tower extraction method for transmission lines based on laser point cloud data was proposed.Firstly,a point cloud filtering method based on quadric surface fitting was used to eliminate a large number of invalid points.Then,the nonground points were downsampled,and the high-voltage tower seed points were obtained by estimating the spatial dimension characteristics of the point cloud based on the covariance matrix characteristics constructed by the point cloud domain point set.Finally,according to the seed point of the high-voltage tower,the kd-tree algorithm was used to perform neighbor retrieval to obtain a more complete high-voltage tower.Experimental results show that this method can automatically extract high-voltage towers from laser point cloud data with high precision,which has certain engineering value.
