摘要
目的:探究尿香草扁桃酸(VMA)与血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S-100蛋白(S-100B)在神经母细胞瘤患儿中的检测意义。方法:回顾性分析江西省儿童医院2022年6月—2023年12月收治的52例神经母细胞瘤患儿的临床资料,将其作为研究组,另取同期52例在江西省儿童医院接受体检的健康儿童作为对照组。比较两组24 h尿VMA、血清NSE和S-100B;采用Pearson相关性分析研究组24 h尿液VMA与血清NSE、S-100B的相关性;采用ROC曲线分析24 h尿VMA、血清NSE、S-100B及三者联合对神经母细胞瘤患儿的诊断价值。结果:研究组24 h尿VMA、血清NSE和S-100B均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,研究组24 h尿VMA与血清NSE、S-100B均呈正相关(r=0.665、0.614,P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果表明,24 h尿VMA(AUC=0.775),血清NSE(AUC=0.788)和血清S-100B(AUC=0.789)对儿童神经母细胞瘤均有良好的诊断价值,联合检测(AUC=0.807)诊断价值更高(P<0.05)。结论:24 h尿VMA与血清NSE、S-100B对儿童神经母细胞瘤具有良好的诊断价值。
Objective:To explore the detection significance of urine vanillylmandelic acid(VMA),serum neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and S-100 protein(S-100B)in children with neuroblastoma.Method:Clinical data of 52 children with neuroblastoma admitted to Jiangxi Provincial Children's Hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were selected as the study group,and 52 healthy children who underwent physical examination in Jiangxi Children's Hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of 24 h urine VMA,serum NSE and S-100B were compared between the two groups.The correlation between 24 h urine VMA and serum NSE,S-100B was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.The diagnostic value of 24 h urine VMA,serum NSE,S-100B and and their combination in children with neuroblastoma was analyzed by ROC curves.Result:The levels of 24 h urine VMA,serum NSE and S-100B in study group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that 24 h urine VMA in study group was positively correlated with serum NSE and S-100B(r=0.665,0.614,P<0.05).ROC curve specific autoimmunity in women with gestational diabetes mellitus analysis showed that 24 h urine VMA(AUC=0.775),serum NSE(AUC=0.788)and serum S-100B(AUC=0.789)had good diagnostic value in children with neuroblastoma,and combined detection(AUC=0.807)had higher diagnostic value(P<0.05).Conclusion:24 h urine VMA,serum NSE and S-100B have good diagnostic value in children with neuroblastoma.
