摘要
目的:探讨氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死的效果及对血管内皮功能的影响。方法:选取2023年9月—2024年2月在泉州市第一医院接受治疗的急性脑梗死患者80例进行随机数字表法分组,两组均进行常规治疗,对照组40例行阿伐他汀治疗,观察组40例联合氯吡格雷治疗,两组均治疗6个月,对比两组临床效果。结果:治疗后观察组临床总疗效率、一氧化氮(NO)水平、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分均高于对照组,总胆固醇、甘油三酯、内皮素-1(ET-1)、血浆黏度、全血黏度和血细胞比容水平、美国卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氯吡格雷与阿托伐他汀联合治疗急性脑梗死能显著提升临床效果,改善患者血管内皮功能和血液流变特性,同时安全性良好。
Objective:To explore the effect of Clopidogrel combined with Atorvastatin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and the effect on vascular endothelial function.Method:Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction who received treatment at Quanzhou First Hospital from September 2023 to February 2024 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.Both groups received conventional treatment.The control group consisted of 40 patients treated with Atorvastatin,while the observation group consisted of 40 patients treated with Clopidogrel in combination.Both groups were treated for 6 months,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total clinical efficacy rate,the level of nitric oxide(NO)and the score of activities of daily living(ADL)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride,endothelin-1(ET-1),plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,haematocrit,and the score of the national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Clopidogrel and Atorvastatin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,improve the vascular endothelial function and hemorheological characteristics of patients,and have good safety.
