摘要
数字经济是推动经济高质量发展的新动能和新引擎,为提升对外贸易规模和促进高水平对外开放注入强大动力。本文从京津冀数字经济基础设施、数字产业化、产业数字化和数字创新能力四个方面分析京津冀数字经济的发展现状。在此基础上,探讨京津冀地区数字经济发展中遇到的问题并提出针对性建议。未来,京津冀地区应加强数字基础设施建设及数字人才队伍建设,完善信息技术产业链,加快数字经济与实体经济的融合,加强三地政府联动,更好发挥数字经济对高水平开放的推动作用。
The digital economy serves as a new driving energy and a fresh engine for fostering high-quality economic growth,injecting a strong momentum for expanding international trade and promoting high-level opening up.This article analyses the situation of digital economy development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from four dimensions:digital economic infrastructure,digital industrialization,industrial digitization and digital innovation capacity,based on this foundation,discusses the challenges experienced in the growth of digital economy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and offers a series of targeted proposals to address these issue effectively.In the future,the region should enhance its digital infrastructure and cultivate a higher quality digital workforce,improving the IT industry chain and promoting the integration of the digital economy with the tangible econ-omy in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,enhancing the collaboration between the three governments as a way to better utilize the role of the digital economy as a driver for a high level of openness.
