摘要
为探究叶面喷施植物生长调节剂对东北松嫩平原盐碱土壤上种植的紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)生产性能的影响。采用盆栽试验法,以紫花苜蓿‘龙牧801’为研究对象,在分枝的5叶期选用三十烷醇(TRLA),6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA),胺鲜酯(DA-6),吲哚丁酸钾(IBA)4种植物生长调节剂,分别设4个浓度梯度进行叶面喷施,测定其生产及生理生化指标。并用隶属函数对不同浓度的植物生长调节剂进行综合评价,以期筛选最佳浓度的剂型。结果表明:通过隶属函数的综合评价,得出叶面喷施80 mg·L^(-1)的IBA展现出最优异的促进效果,能显著提高紫花苜蓿苗期的株高、茎粗、根长、干重、鲜重,以及提高SOD,POD,CAT,Pro,SS和SPAD的含量,同时降低MDA的含量(P<0.05),其次是20 mg·L^(-1)和30 mg·L^(-1)的6-BA。综上所述,80 mg·L^(-1)的IBA,20 mg·L^(-1)的6-BA和30 mg·L^(-1)的6-BA的渗透性调节和抗氧化酶活性能力最好。但80 mg·L^(-1)的IBA在促进干草产量作用上最为显著,故建议在东北松嫩平原苏打盐碱土条件下推广使用。
In order to explore the effects of foliar spraying plant growth regulators on the production performance of alfalfa planted on saline-alkali soil in Songnen Plain of Heilongjiang Province,four plant growth regulators,including triacontanol(TRLA),6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA),diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate(DA-6)and potassium indolebutyrate(IBA),were selected to use in the 5-leaf stage of alfalfa‘Longmu 801’,and four foliar spraying concentration gradients were set for each agent to determine the effects on the yield and physi⁃ological and biochemical indexes of alfalfa and screen the best dosage form and concentration of plant growth regulators.The results showed that:Spraying 0.75 mg·L^(-1)TRLA on the leaves significantly increased the plant height,root length,stem diameter and fresh weight of alfalfa at the seedling stage,and increased the con⁃tent of SOD(superoxide dismutase),SS(soluble sugar)and SPAD(chlorophyll),while reducing the content of MDA(malondialdehyde)(P<0.05).Foliar application of 20 and 30 mg·L^(-1)6-BA significantly increased the plant height,root length,stem diameter,fresh weight,dry weight and root fresh weight of alfalfa at seedling stage,and increased the contents of SOD,POD(peroxidase),CAT(catalase),Pro(proline),CAT,SS and SPAD,while reducing the content of MDA(P<0.05).Foliar spraying 60 mg·L^(-1)DA-6 treatment significantly increased plant height,root length,stem diameter,root dry weight,and increased the contents of SOD,CAT,SS and SPAD in alfalfa seedlings(P<0.05).Spraying 80 mg·L^(-1)IBA on the leaves signifi⁃cantly increased the plant height,stem diameter,root length,dry weight and fresh weight of alfalfa at the seed⁃ling stage,and increased the contents of SOD,POD,CAT,Pro,SS and SPAD,while reducing the content of MDA(P<0.05).In summary,the appropriate concentration of plant growth regulators could effectively promote the seedling production performance of alfalfa under saline-alkali condition.Through the comprehen⁃sive evaluation using the membership function,it concluded that foliar spraying of 80 mg·L^(-1)IBA showed the most excellent promotion effect,followed by 20 mg·L^(-1)and 30 mg·L^(-1)6-BA,respectively.
