摘要
对于工程项目的全过程造价咨询管理问题,分析了工程建设项目的造价咨询现状,通过全过程造价咨询管理的优化措施和项目概算比较,解决了全过程造价咨询管理的现有问题,实现了建设项目全过程的成本控制和科学管理。结果表明,造价咨询单位协作其他相关单位对高速公路工程建设项目费用造价控制为263075万元,比优化前的概算金额降低了9.89%,说明全过程造价优化方案的设计和成本控制具有明显提升,但在具体核算和修改方面还需要加强管理。
For the whole process cost consulting management of the project,the current situation of the cost consulting of the construction project is analyzed.Through the optimization measures of the whole process cost consulting management and the comparison of the project budget estimate,the existing problems of the whole process cost consulting management are solved,and the cost control and scientific management of the whole process of the construction project are realized.The results show that the cost consulting unit and other relevant units to control the cost of highway construction projects is 263075 million yuan,which is 9.89%lower than the estimated amount before optimization,indicating that the whole process cost optimization scheme design and cost control have been significantly improved,but the management needs to be strengthened in terms of specific accounting and modification.
