摘要
劳动教育与双创教育融合作为高职教育的重要组成部分,在教育理念、教育目标、教育内容及教育方法等方面具有较深的内在联系。高职院校劳动教育与双创教育融合可行且具有重要现实意义,本文分析劳动教育与双创教育两者相容的必要性和意义,探索劳动教育与双创教育融合路径。通过劳动教育与双创教育深度融合,能使学生在劳动实践中激发双创灵感,在双创活动中领悟劳动价值,让高职教育更贴合社会需求,为产业升级输送中坚力量,为培养更多具备创新精神和实践能力的优秀高素质高技能人才提供参考及借鉴。
As an important component of higher vocational education,the integration of labor education and entrepreneurship education is intricately linked in terms of educational philosophy,objectives,content,and methods.The integration of labor education and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges is feasible and of great practical significance.This article analyzes the necessity and significance of the compatibility between labor education and entrepreneurship education,and explores the path of integration between labor education and entrepreneurship education.Through the deep integration of labor education and entrepreneurship education,students can be inspired by entrepreneurship in labor practice,understand the value of labor in entrepreneurship activities,make higher vocational education more in line with social needs,provide a backbone for industrial upgrading,and offer reference and inspiration for cultivating more outstanding high-quality and skilled talents with innovative spirit and practical ability.
