Dewey理念的反思性教学法在神经外科实习生教学中的研究

摘要 目的探究对神经外科实习生教学时采用Dewey理念的反思性教学法的作用。方法选取2023年5月—2024年5月四川大学华西医院神经外科的62名实习生,以教学方法的不同分为对照组(31名,以常规模式开展教学)、观察组(31名,以Dewey理念的反思性教学法开展教学)。比较两组理论知识与临床实践操作能力考核、教学评价、综合能力评分、学习积极性以及带教满意度。结果教学后,观察组理论知识与实践操作能力考核评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组综合能力各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组学习期间提问次数、查阅资料、讨论发言、自学时间均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组教学评价各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组带教满意度为96.77%(30/31),高于对照组的74.19%(23/31),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.679,P<0.05)。结论在神经外科实习生教学时开展Dewey理念的反思性教学法,可以提升实习生的理论与实践知识水平,提高其学习积极性、综合能力及带教满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of reflective teaching method of Dewey's philosophy on the teaching of neurosurgical interns.Methods A total of 62 interns from Department of Neurosurgery of West China Hospital of Sich-uan University from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected and divided into control group(31 interns,teaching in con-ventional mode)and observation group(31 interns,teaching in reflective teaching method of Dewey's philosophy)ac-cording to different teaching methods.The theoretical knowledge and clinical practice ability assessment,teaching evaluation,comprehensive ability scores,learning enthusiasm and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After teaching,the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability in the observa-tion group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The comprehensive ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The number of questions,access to information,discussion and self-study time in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching evaluation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 96.77%(30/31),which was higher than 74.19%(23/31)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.679,P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of neurosurgical interns,the reflective teaching method of Dewey's philosophy can improve the theoretical and practical knowledge level of interns,increase their learning enthu-siasm,improve their comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction.
