摘要
目的探究急诊临床教学中采用以案例为基础的教学法(case-based teaching,CBL)结合标准化病人(standardized patients,SP)教学法的效果。方法选取2023年1—12月南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院的72名参与住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)的学生为研究对象。根据教学方案不同分为研究组(n=36)、参照组(n=36)。参照组给予常规教学方法,研究组在此基础上加用CBL联合SP教学法。比较两组学生的教学成绩、学习效果及学生对教学的满意程度。结果研究组理论考试成绩为(88.12±4.02)分、实践考试成绩为(89.85±6.02)分,均高于参照组的(85.20±3.87)分、(78.33±4.57)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.140、9.145,P均<0.05)。研究组学习效果及学生满意程度均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论CBL联合SP教学能够提高急诊临床教学中学生的学习成绩及学生的满意程度,能够改善学习效果。
Objective To explore the effects of integrating case-based teaching(CBL)with standardized patients(SP)teaching method in emergency clinical education.Methods A total of seventy-two students who received standardized residency training in Wuxi People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different teaching schemes,they were divided into study group(n=36)and reference group(n=36).The reference group was given conventional teaching methods,and the study group was given CBL combined with SP teaching method on this basis.The teaching results,learning effects and students'satisfaction with teaching were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical test and the practi-cal test in the study group were 88.12±4.02 and 89.85±6.02,which were higher than 85.20±3.87 and 78.33±4.57 of the reference group.The differences were statistically significant(t=3.140,9.145,both P<0.05).The learning effect and student satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with SP teaching can improve the academic performance and satisfaction of students in emergency clinical teaching,and can improve the learning effect.
