思维导图教学法联合迷你临床演练评估在血液内科临床教学中的应用研究

The Application of Mind Mapping Teaching Method Combined with Mini Clinical Practice Evaluation in Clinical Teaching of Hematology

摘要 目的研究思维导图教学法联合迷你临床演练评估在血液内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2023年9月—2024年8月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院血液内科实习的60名临床实习医生作为研究对象,根据不同教学方法分为两组,各30名。2023年9月—2024年2月实施常规教学为A组,2024年3月—2024年8月实施思维导图教学法联合迷你临床演练评估为B组。对比两组实习医生的考核成绩、临床思维能力、教学满意度。结果B组实习医生理论知识、临床实践、综合能力、学习态度评分均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。B组实习医生临床思维能力中循证性、评判性、系统性评分均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。B组实习医生的教学满意度为96.67%(29/30),高于A组的76.67%(23/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05)。结论思维导图教学法联合迷你临床演练评估在血液内科临床教学中的应用效果较好,可提高实习医生的考核成绩、临床思维能力以及教学满意度,值得借鉴。 Objective To study the application effect of mind mapping teaching method combined with mini clinical exercise evaluation in clinical teaching of hematology.Methods From September 2023 to August 2024,sixty clinical interns in the Department of Hematology,People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were selected as the research objects.According to different teaching methods,they were divided into two groups,thirty cases in each group.From September 2023 to February 2024,the routine teaching was implemented and set as the group A,and from March 2024 to August 2024,the mind mapping teaching method combined with mini clinical exercise evaluation was implemented and set as the group B.The control group was treated with routine teaching.The assessment results,clinical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,clinical practice,comprehensive ability and learning attitude of interns in group B were higher than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of evidence-based,critical and systematic clinical thinking ability of interns in group B were higher than those in group A,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of interns in group B was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 76.67%(23/30)in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of mind mapping teaching method combined with mini clinical exercise assessment in clinical teaching of hematology is better,which can improve the assessment results,clinical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction of interns,and is worthy of reference.
