摘要
本文研究了添加不同质量分数Y_(2)O_(3)(0%,0.2%,0.6%,1%)对等离子熔覆WC-Co基(含40%WC)涂层组织和性能的影响。结果表明,Y_(2)O_(3)改性涂层主要由γ-Co相、FeNi相、Cr_(23)C_(6)相以及含W相构成。随着Y_(2)O_(3)质量分数的逐步增加,涂层的微观组织先细化后粗化,涂层的平均显微硬度先增大后减小,涂层的高温(600℃)耐磨性能先上升后下降。当Y_(2)O_(3)质量分数为0.6%时,涂层的显微硬度与耐磨性最好[显微硬度为HV 996,磨损率为(2.06×10^(-5))mm^(3)/(N·m)],相较未添加Y_(2)O_(3)的涂层,磨损率降低了34.8%。对含有不同质量分数Y_(2)O_(3)的WC-Co基涂层的高温磨损机制分析表明,适量添加Y_(2)O_(3)可降低WC-Co基涂层的氧化磨损和粘着磨损。
In this paper,the effects of adding different mass fraction of Y_(2)O_(3)(0%,0.2%,0.6%,1%)on microstructure and properties of plasma-melted WC-Co-based coatings(containing 40%WC)were investigated.The results showed that Y_(2)O_(3)modified coatings were mainly composed ofγ-Co phase,FeNi phase,Cr_(23)C_(6) phase,and W-containing phase.With the gradual increase of Y_(2)O_(3)mass fraction,the microstructure of the coating is first refined and then coarsened,the average microhardness of the coating is first increased and then decreased,and the high-temperature(600℃)wear resistance of the coating is first increased and then decreased.When Y_(2)O_(3)mass fraction was 0.6%,the best microhardness and wear resistance of the coating was obtained:the microhardness was HV 996 and the wear rate was 2.06×10^(-5)mm^(3)/(N·m),which was 34.8%lower than that of the coating with 0%Y_(2)O_(3)added.The analysis of the high-temperature wear mechanisms of WC-Co-based coatings with different mass fraction of Y_(2)O_(3) showed that moderate addition of Y_(2)O_(3) could reduce the oxidative and adhesive wear of WC-Co-based coatings.
