摘要
转子压缩机的核心内容之一是转子设计,现有转子在运行过程中,会发生啮合状态变差、传动效果不佳的问题。渐开线具有传动稳定可靠、应用广泛、便于加工的优点,基于渐开线的生成原理和平面曲线啮合理论,建立了偏心渐开线及其包络线的模型与解析方程,提出了一种偏心渐开线转子,得到了转子的参数方程和取值范围,编制了构建转子的数学程序,分析了几何参数对转子的影响并得到了合适几何尺寸,比较了相对余隙容积,验证了转子的啮合正确性,分析了转子的应力分布和力学性能,计算了转子的滑动比。所提出的偏心渐开线型转子,具备啮合性好,传动稳定可靠的优势。
One core contents of the rotary compressor is the design of the rotor. During the operation of the existing rotor, the meshing state will become worse and the transmission effect will be poor. Based on the generating principle of involute and the meshing theory of plane curve, the model and analytical equation of eccentric involute and its envelope are established, a eccentric involute rotor is proposed, the parameter equation and value range of the rotor are obtained, and the mathematical program of constructing the rotor is compiled. The influence of geometric parameters on the rotor is analyzed and the appropriate geometric size is obtained. The relative clearance volume is compared, the meshing correctness of the rotor is verified, the stress distribution and mechanical properties of the rotor are analyzed, and the sliding ratio of the rotor is calculated. The eccentric involute rotor has the advantages of good meshing performance and stable and reliable transmission.
