摘要
金属材料的拉伸试验是检验其质量和生产过程中最重要的一项内容,在试验过程中所获得的各种指标参数是测试反映金属材料力学性能的一个关键因素。然而,在实际的拉伸试验中,其试验结果和试验参数会受到多种因素的影响,试样的制作精度、测试仪器的校准、夹持方法的正确性以及拉伸速率的控制均对试验结果产生显著影响,试样的制备过程必须遵循严格的标准,确保试样能够代表整体材料的性能。
Wire cables are importan state industry products,which have extensive use in the various aspects of national economy.In the paper,combining the requirements of standard and specification and practical measuring work,expound measuring method,measuring influence factor and corresponding modified measures.
