摘要
习近平总书记指出,“科学家精神是科技工作者在长期科学实践中积累的宝贵精神财富”。加快科技强国步伐,核心是科技创新,其关键在于如何进一步激发广大科技工作者尤其是青年科技工作者的创新自信和创新热情。弘扬科学家精神、引领青年人才科技创新既是青年成长的内在需要,更是培植新质生产力、迈向科技强国的时代所需。文章分析了当前农业科研院所科学家精神引领青年人才科技创新的现状和面临的问题,结合影响青年人才创新潜能的要素,从营造科技创新生态、完善科技人才政策、构建高效协同新局面、建立健全科研评价新机制等方面提出了科学家精神引领青年人才科技创新的路径。
General Secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out that"the spirit of scientists is a valuable spiritual wealth accumulated by science and technology workers in long-term scientific practice".To accelerate the pace of building a strong country in science and technology,the core is technological innovation,and the key lies in how to further stimulate the innovation confidence and enthusiasm of the vast number of science and technology workers,especially young ones.Promoting the spirit of scientists and leading young talents in technological innovation is not only an inherent need for the growth of young people,but also a requirement of the times to cultivate new quality productivity and move towards a strong country in science and technology.This article analyzed the current situation and challenges faced by agricultural scientific research institutions in leading young talents in technological innovation through the spirit of scientists.Combining the factors that affect the innovation potential of young talents,it proposed paths for the spirit of scientists to lead young talents in technological innovation from aspects such as creating an ecological environment for technological innovation,improving policies for science and technology talents,building a new situation of efficient collaboration,and establishing a sound new mechanism for scientific research evaluation.
