摘要 《食品快速检测技术》课程在食品安全专业教学中发挥着至关重要的作用,是一门非常重要的专业基础课程。该课程的教学旨在让学生真正熟练地掌握食品安全快速检测方法,从而为社会培养更多专业的食品安全质检人员,满足食品检测领域对人才的需求,确保广大群众饮食的安全和健康。本文主要探讨了《食品快速检测技术》课程“教学做一体化”的教学模式。 The course of Rapid Food Inspection Techniques plays a vital role in the teaching of food safety majors and is a very important professional foundation course.The teaching of this course aims to let students truly and skillfully master the rapid food safety testing methods,so as to cultivate more professional food safety quality inspectors for the society,to meet the demand for talents in the field of food testing,and to ensure the safety and health of the general public's diet.This paper mainly discusses the Rapid Food Inspection Techniques course“integration of teaching,learning and practice”teaching mode.
