摘要
采用粉末冶金法制备97%以上变形量的Mo-0.9La板材,研究了不同热处理温度对Mo-0.9La合金板材组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着热处理温度的升高,Mo-0.9La合金的微观组织从细密的纤维组织粗化至35μm左右的板条状搭接组织,Mo-0.9La合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度与硬度降低。在1500℃时,Mo-0.9La合金的伸长率最高,达到22%。
Mo-0.9La alloy sheets with large deformation(over 97%)were prepared by powder metallurgy technology.The effects of different heat treatment temperatures on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mo-0.9La alloy sheets were studied.The results show that,with the increase of heat treatment temperature,the microstructure of Mo-0.9La alloy transforms from fine fibre to lath structure,which is about 35μm,and the tensile strength,yield strength and hardness of Mo-0.9La alloy decrease.At 1500℃,the elongation of Mo-0.9La alloy is highest,reaching 22%.
