神经重症患者脱机拔管:临床实践及结果预测研究进展

Offline extubation in critically ill neurological patients:research progress in clinical practice and outcome prediction

摘要 神经重症(NCC)患者常合并呼吸衰竭,需要气管插管和机械通气以保护气道,维持氧合。由于神经系统病变的影响,这类患者拔管失败率较高,与其不良预后相关。但是对于NCC患者的脱机拔管,目前尚缺少权威指南和高质量证据的指导。本文介绍NCC患者气管插管和机械通气的指征,提供了本中心神经重症监护室(NICU)脱机拔管的一般流程,并整理了拔管结果预测因素相关研究和主要的预测模型。
